I received the shipping notice for this earlier today.
Part of this order is the Emerald Spire map pack, but it does not appear that the PDF has been added to my downloads. When I placed the order for the map pack I'm sure it said "Pre-order print edition", so as a Pathfinder Maps subscriber I thought I should have received the PDF as well.
There was some problem placing that original order; although I thought I had clicked on the "Place your order" button I never received email notofication, and the items remained in my shopping cart. At that point I called customer service, and a helpful person (it could well have been Sharaya) took care of that for me, and commented that there had been a few glitches in the order processing system. Perhaps something got lost in that transfer, and the flagging for the PDF disappeared. There's definitely something odd about that order - it doesn't actually show up in my order history, although I was able to track it down earlier today by starting from order 3140575 - that listed yet another order number associated with the map pack. Now, though, that order number has disappeared, and there is no record of the map pack order except as part of order 3113976 - no "moved from order #######".

Based on the previous glitching, this had some trouble processing. I have given things a poke and you should have the PDF now.
