Vestiges from Tome of Magic. Have they been done?

I really liked the Binder and the old vestiges.
I have the Pathfinderized version of the class from Pact Magic Unbound ( I have volumes 1 and 2)but to be honest I preferred the flavour of the old vestiges.
Maybe its nostalgia.

Anyway, does anyone know if there are conversions already done? If not I may use this thread to work on some conversions of my own.

No I don't mean a conversion of the class. I already have that from Pact Magic Unbound.
I meant conversions of the original vestiges themselves to use with the converted Binder. It's called an Occultist now I think.
