I was under the impression that pre-orders will be shipped with subscriptions when possible. Yes, I would like those to be combined with the subscription order. Also, all other outstanding pre-orders, I would like to be combined with their month's subscription issue of Adventure Path, if possible.

Pre-orders are shipped with subscriptions if you add them to the sidecart to ship with a future subscription order. For future reference, you should be able to do that if you click on the "Step 2 - Shipping" button, and then "Change Shipping Details" when going through the check out process.

I have combined these books into one order with the subscription order, and you should get an email confirming updated order information. The warehouse will be shipping June subscription order through the end of this week, so you should get a shipping update sometime this week.

I saw that you had submitted some other pre-orders, and went ahead and moved those to the sidecart as well.
