Emerald Spire not in Downloads yet

Can you check to see if there is something I or you need to do to get Emerald Spire to show up in my Downloads? I originally had to make a switch on the email address to match the Paizo one, but you already helped with that and I think I'm set. I did not fill out the pledge manager by the due date because I thought a different print option might be forthcoming, but I did go in after it closed and sent my info to Goblinworks. Thanks in advance for anything you can help with.

It looks like there is an issue with some not accounts getting PDFs, based on the timing of when Pledges were finalized and when reward orders got generated, so there are still probably a lot of people missing PDFs.

We are investigating to see if there is a quick way to do this for the accounts that missed them, or if we will have to go through and add them manually. In any case, this will probably not be able to happen until the Pledge Manager is permanently disabled on our side after the 20th.

I've got on my list of people to take care, and we'll get it done as soon as we are able.

Still hasn't shown up in downloads so I thought I'd check back in. Maybe once the monthly downloads from my shipment drop? Otherwise, can you check again.

Separate question. When is it time to let you know I want to pick up the August shipment at GenCon?

Sorry for the delay in getting to this! I have done some extra poking, and the Kickstarter PDFs you are eligible should now be available on your account.

As for GenCon subscription pick up, we are still working on some details for that in the system. We will send out an email when we have the relevant information and instructions for people.
