Order 3157500 Shipping

Hello,

I placed this order last Saturday, and I thought it was going to ship with this month's AP Subscription (#3150669) to save shipping charges but it did not.

What did I do wrong, and when can I expect it to ship?

Looking through the CS posts on the board, the oldest unanswered one is a couple of hours after your initial post, and the latest answered was about 10 minutes before yours - so it looks like as soon as Paizo CS do their next "answering messageboard posts" batch you're likely to be top of their list :)

1) For messageboard posts, we typically try to work oldest to newest. Unless, like yesterday, we were trying to focus specifically on subscription cancellations, as that is the MOST pressing thing at the beginning of each month's subscription run.

In any case, if you keep bumping something up to the top, there is a chance it may get missed, when we are working oldest to newest. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are working through a massive volume of inquiries at this time, between subscriptions and Kicsktarter stuff. We are trying to work through things as quickly as we can, but are a small team.

2) In regards to this order, it looks like it was added to the sidecart AFTER we had already generated the June subscription order to your account. That means it stays in the sidecart for the following subscription order.

Once you get an order number of a given month's subscription order, any items added to the sidecart would be bumped to the following month.

Once you have that month's order number (IF it has not yet been processed for shipping), and you would like to have items added to that order, you would need to click on Step 2- Shipping in the check out process, then "Change Shipping Details," then there should be an option to add it to XXXXXXX order. Please note that this option ONLY comes up if the order has NOT yet been processed for shipping.

In this case, it looks like order 3157500, is currently in your sidecart to ship with July's subscription. If you would like it moved out to ship sooner than that, just let us know!
