Is there a product called the Emerald Spire Card pack that has quests and things in it? If so, is there a pdf version of it that we should have received with our kickstarter?

There is such a product, but its actual name is: Pathfinder Campaign Cards: The Emerald Spire Superdungeon

The product page linked above doesn't list a PDF version, so presumably there isn't one.
