This Friday, I bought 20 dollar gift certificate from online store. Unfortunately, it has yet to appear in "My Certificates". I tried contacting Customer Service by email yesterday, but I must have made some mistake because I haven't got any response yet. If worst comes to worst, I'll just give the certificate on later date, I just want this sorted out. Thank you in advance.

We haven't responded to the email yet, because we are only here Monday through Friday. We are still catching up on emails.

The system has been having some trouble finalizing gift certificates. This is something the tech team has been working on.

In the meantime, we can manually apply the gift certificate purchase to an account as store credit, we just need to know which account you would like it on (yours or another recipient's...please provide avatar name).
