Unable to edit / add active shipping address

Hello.

In attempting to figure out what is going on with the PFO kickstarter rewards not finding my address (a problem my buddy alerted me to), I discovered that I apparently have no active address listed.
When I attempted to fix that, I found that there is no option to do so. I can remove what is there, but I can't make it 'active'.

Hoping you guys can help.

The "active" address is kind of a weird designation in our system, that can be a little buggy at times.

I have poked what was on file in the system for you to be active address. Please let me know if you need help with anything else.

Why is it that we are still unable to edit addresses in https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/addresses ?
I need to update my address, but cannot find any way to do it. who should I email? Will this ever be fixed so that we can update our info without jumping through hoops?


Did you click on "Change Address?" When I do it in my "My Account," I successfully get a new address box to fill out.

Hi there,

I've taken a look into your account and it now seems that there should be an address connected to your Humble Bundle order. You should have received a confirmation email for that, so go ahead and look over the email to verify that we have the right address on file for you. If it's not the correct address, just respond to that email with the address that you'd prefer, and Customer Service can get that taken care of ASAP.
