Hello,
I have the subscription for the Reign of Winter battles with the case incentive. IT didn't authorize that I can tell. I selected ship as soon as possible (rather than waiting for my other June subscriptions). I got an error and now I don't see it in my orders or sidecart. I would like to get is ASAP. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm not sure what the system did with this one. I have recreated the order, and you should soon get an email confirming the order information.

We will start shipping Battles subscriptions out tomorrow, and it may take a few days to get everything shipped from the warehouse. Your's is set to ship on its own, instead of waiting for June subscriptions.

I see it now, however it has me getting the Deskari instead of the dragon case incentive.
