Problem with order #3089902

I ma having an issue with a recent order for the Harrow Handbook, shipped by UPS Mail Solutions package number 650613. According to tracking below, it was transferred to the North Houston Post Office on the 15th and two weeks latter is languishing there.

May 14 2014 Ready for post office entry Carrollton, TX
May 14 2014 Package received by dest MI facility Carrollton, TX
May 13 2014 Package transferred to dest MI facility Auburn, WA
May 12 2014 Package processed by UPS MI Auburn, WA
May 12 2014 Package received for processing Auburn, WA

I am getting very concerned that my shipment has been lost or buried to the point beyond recovery. I have contacted UPS but have not heard back yet.

Unfortunately, it looks like the tracking information got dropped when it was transferred from our standard post mail carrier, Mail Innovations, to the local post office.

You may want to check with your local post office to see if they are holding anything for you.

In the meantime, I don't want you to worry about your book, so I have set up a replacement copy in your sidecart to ship with your next subscription order. Please let us know if you are able to track down the original shipment, or if it it happens to show up before the replacement ships.

Update: it looks like Katina already set up a replacement book and responded to your email. The replacement book should be on it's way to you soon. If a second/duplicate package shows up at some point, please refused delivery on it, or mark it as return to sender to get it back our way.

I just received the replacement package and verified it was the second one sent. If the first one does show up, I'll see to the package being returned to you. Thanks a million for your assistance with this, and I'm looking forward to trying some of the new options out with my Harrow deck.
