Problem with gift certificates?

All the minis claim codes and unclaimed gift certs are missing from my acct ... can you check whats up?

I had the same problem with my mini codes a few weeks ago, but CS was able to get them for me. Unfortunately, when I went to use them they didn't work. The last I heard, the tech folks were looking into it. So there's that.

This is a known issue, and we are still looking into the cause and how to to fix it. Terribly sorry for any inconvenience. Once we get these gremlins to stop causing shenanigans in the system, we'll be sure to let you know it's fixed.

Upon re-reading the original post, we can actually do something about the gift certificates, just not the promo codes (yet).

We can manually apply any unused gift certificate purchases as store credit. I just need to know if you want them applied to your own account or another recipient's account.

Also, is the store credit display messed up too? I should have both store credit and unclaimed gift certificate(s) :(

So, it does look like some people are having some issues with store credit displaying incorrectly. I have double checked/reset your stuff, so the previous store credit should be displaying now.

I have manually applied the gift certificate from order the most recent order, 3135020, which doesn't look like it processed correctly when it was purchased, to your account as store credit.

If you have any other gift certificate purchases that don't seem like they've been processed correctly, please provide me with the order number of the purchase(s) and I should be able to look into things further from there.

Well, the system makes it challenging to track down (it's very hard to balance gift certificate orders with store credit usage when you don't know for sure what the GC numbers are :), but it looks right now.
