Hello,
I have recently tried to start a new subscription, but continue to received a "The payment method for this order was declined" message. I have checked with the credit card company and they have no record of declining a charge. I have double checked the information given you and nothing is wrong. I tried creating a new payment method with the same card and still get the same message. Can you check to see if there are any glitches on your end?

Hi Richard,
This is actually a glitch on our side, that the tech team has been working on fixing. In the meantime, it's a really quick fix from our side, once people notify us of the problem on their order.
In this case, I have poked things into place for your order and it looks like things are good to go now! I'm very sorry for any inconvenience.
