I think when I submitted Order 3109570 I missed the option to have the products shipped with my subscription. Is there any chance I could get it adjusted so that the pre-orders go out with my subscription shipments rather than separately, please?

I have moved the pre-orders to your sidecart to ship with the subscriptions for the corresponding months.
For future reference, for adding items to your sidecart, have you tried the following steps?:
After hitting the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you should come a section with different numbered buttons.
1. Click on Step 2 - Shipping
2. Click the Button that says "Change Shipping Details"
3. Click the button in the "Sidecart It" section that says "Ship with My Subscriptions"
