Does the trait Community Minded apply to yourself?

Rules Questions

I know its often the default that any effect which applies to your allies also applies to yourself (since you are your own ally) unless specifically stated otherwise, but this trait seems a little open to abuse if that's the case, particularly but not limited to Barbarian Rage...

Community Minded

I don't see it as being particularly overpowered. Most morale bonuses last all fight (or longer) anyways. It may help to make some of the standard action 1-round morale bonus effects (like the 1st level power of the Orc bloodline) much more worthwhile.

In fact, I'm disappointed that this had to come out on a setting book as a trait, instead of in the core line of books as a feat. Just another example of traits doing things that feats can't.
