Magical Tattoos and Item creation

Rules Questions

I just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly:

I have the magic item creation feat Inscribe: Magic Tattoo

If I wanted to create a Tattoo of Flying, using the guidlines for the rules which says

From Section: Magic Item Gold Piece Values of Magic Items:
The correct way to price an item is by comparing its abilities to similar items

Using this guideline I would base the price off of an equivalent item:
Winged Boots which has a base price of 16,000

So If I were crafting this item with my feat/craft it would cost 8,000 (1/2 of the base price to craft).

Am I understanding that correctly?

Oh think reread the section and it says: if I make it a "No Space Limitation" it doubles the price, do tattoos count as "No Space Limitation", they do have a slot, its just separate from the normal slots after all.

Now I have a new question, if I wanted to decrease the uses per day to only 1 per day how would that effect the price, under raw it says:
Special / Base Price

"Charges per day / Divide by (5 divided by charges per day)"

Not exactly: "Magical tattoos are treated as slotless magical items for pricing purposes."
So basically they cost double, in your case 16k

Edit: ninjed.
If you want 1 charge per day you need to divide your price. By 5/1=5

Awesome, okay what about the change in charges?

Well, I would say so:
The original item has three charges a day so its cost should be already 3/5 of the real price. Which should then be: 16k multiplied by 5 and divided by 3 = 26666
Yours should be one fifth of that 26666/5 = 5333

Awesome! Your the best :)
