Many class features, such the wizard's school powers or a cleric's domain powers, are dependent on class levels to be effective. The Evangelist prestige class advances class features as your base class with it's aligned class ability. However, the wording of aligned class has me confused about something. So, as an example, say a necromancy school wizard took Evangelist and chose Wizard as his aligned class, would he count his applicable evangelist levels towards his wizard level to determine the DC of his command undead feat/power over undead class feature and number of rounds he could fear enemies with his grave touch power? Or would these powers only count his wizard levels to determine his effectiveness? Any official rulings or other things to clarify this for me would be greatly appreciated!
