Now I have been playing Pathfinder for years, and I just came upon something that I find interesting and I was wondering if someone can tell me whether this is right or not. I have a Barbarian that while in Rage gets a +4 Morale bonus to both Strength and Constitution, and a +2 Morale bonus to Will saves. I give this Barbarian a melee weapon with the Courageous, Furyborn, and Furious abilities.
Furious states that when the wielder is under the effects of Rage or a rage spell its enhancement is +2 greater than normal.
Furyborn states that each time the wielder damages an opponent its enhancement bonus increases by +1 (to a maximum total enhancement of +5).
And finally Courageous states that it grants a morale bonus equal to the enhancement bonus of the weapon to saves against fear, and (here is the important bit) any other morale bonuses the wielder gains from any other source is increased by half the weapon's enhancement bonus (minimum 1).
Now, unless I am reading this wrong, a Barbarian with these enhancements and the mandatory +1 bonus that hits the same foe 4 times in a row while raging is going to be getting at least +7 Morale bonus to Strength and Constitution with a +5 Morale bonus to will saves and a max of +9 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution with a +7 morale bonus to Will saves. Am I interpreting this correctly or am I way off?

Technically Furyborn's bonus applies 'when making attacks against that opponent,' and it ends the moment the foe in question dies or you change targets. Arguably you are only getting the Furyborn bonus while you actually make attacks against your Furyborn target, and as soon as it dies or you change targets you're completely losing your buff.
Furyborn aside though, just Furious and Courageous alone are awesome. Forget Furyborn and instead just get a +2 Furious Courageous weapon; then you constantly have everything at a +2, rather than having a +1 that occasionally bumps up to a +3. At least, that seems a lot less annoying both to use and to keep track of.
As a fun side-note, a True Primitive Barbarian can use his Trophy Fetishes to add morale bonuses to all damage he deals while wielding his Fetish-Weapon, and to all saves he makes while wearing his Fetish-Armor. So a True Primitive with a +2 Furious Courageous Fetish-Weapon can be grabbing at least a +3 bonus to damage rolls and ALL saves on top of his other morale perks.

I'd rather drop the cash on a Flawed Pale Green Prism than give up Fast Movement.
I agree Furyborn is not great for this particular strategy. Effectively, Furious let's you add another +1 worth of specials to your weapon.
Furyborn, in theory, let's you add +2, but relies on being able to reliably hit opponents with out its maxed out bonus. And, while barbarians have a slightly better chance of being able to do this, it's till something worth considering in relation to your current group/campaign. Additionally, if keeping track of your current stats is something you like to update every few rounds, more power to you.

Thanks for the help. The Barbarian in question is actually a Wyvaran Bloodrager/Dragon Disciple (the sorcerer/barbarian mix up from the advanced class playtest) that I am going to play in a 'Shadows of the Colossus' style game. So We will be fighting gigantic foes that won't go down easy. So the little extra boost from Furyborn might actually be worth it if I'm willing to keep track of it.
