I am really confused how your sales system works. I was wondering when my two orders will be shipped?

Most of the items on our website have an estimated fulfillment time listed in the Product Availability section.

Looking at your orders, it appears that is is 2 to 6 business days for most of the stuff you have ordered. This means that the warehouse should be able to process the orders and get them shipped out within that time. Keep in mind that this is an estimate, and may vary depending on how busy the warehouse is and the availability of certain products.

Today is the first business day after the orders were submitted, so they could ship anytime between today and next Tuesday. I expect it to be on the earlier end, and everything appears to be in stock and ready to go.

As they have not yet shipped, if you would like me to combine the orders to save on shipping costs, please let me know as soon as possible.

I am still confused about whether I have been charged yet or not?

There may be temporary authorizations on your account from when the order was submitted (some banks will display these as pending charges, and some won't display them at all). We do not finalize any charges until items actually ship from the warehouse. If you would like more details about how our billing process works, feel free to check out this FAQ:

That doesn't help me really. All I wish to know s if I have been charged yet?

We finalize charges when orders ship from the warehouse. It looks like your order was shipped on the 14th, at which point you should have been charged.
