As the title says. I have a small group of friends who want to play Pathfinder, but none of us have ever DMed anything in our life and all of them are new players. Since I am the most "seasoned" of us, I have been forced to become our DM since nobody else has enough experience. Here is the catch. I am a totally new DM. I tried once, and made a crapton of mistakes, and got scared away from DMing. However, I have yet to find a group and my friends and I really want to play, and I want to give them that opportunity so I have decided to step up and try my hand at DMing once again. Now, I am a big fan of oriental settings. My players, when I ran the idea of an oriental setting by them, said they would be cool with it. Now, since I am too new to DMing to make my own adventure, I am looking for some good pre-made Oriental-themed adventure paths or even one-shot. They can be third party, paizo official or even converted 3.5e modules so long as they are already converted. What I don't want, however, is Jade Regent or any other adventure in which the PCs are "westerners" that travel to the oriental setting. The PCs must be members of said Asian -esc society in the adventure.
Anyway, does anybody know any good, new DM friendly oriental-themed pre-made adventures for me to pick up?

Is it actually in an -oriental- setting, though? If so I'll have to check it out..but if the setting is western and it just feels like a martial arts movie or anime...ehh...I'll pass. I am looking for something that has no dwarves, elves, halflings etc... and in which I could make Kitsune, Tengue, Kappa, Humans, and half-ogers(half orcs) as well as maybe some of the half-outsiders and other "eastern" races the most common races..
EDIT: Ninja'ed. I'll have to look at those. How new DM frendly are they, though? Do they lay out stuff pretty well or do they leave most of it up to me to fudge/do myself? I'd prefer something clearly layed out for me to follow, and in a rather linear fashion, if it exists. I suppose if it works I could "de-anglo-ize" jade regent by purging the western fluff from the campaign and replacing it with apporpratly asian fluff? Would it be possible to simply change the fluff of jade regent around to have the "western" society that the PCs come from actually be an asian one, with "Tian Xia" being replaced with an imperial capitol type of thing and sandpoint instead being a tiny countryside town miles away from the "imperial city" in a land where the feudal lords have more sway/power then the imperial court, or something along those lines? I mean, it would not be a streach to make such a massive empire exsist and while it would be a lot of work I think I could do it since it's all fluff work rather then crunch work...would such a fluff change destroy the way the campaign works?

Well, in Golarion, Dwarves, Elves, and Halflings exist in the "Asian" countries.
You can lessen their presence, or remove them entirely, if you wish.
You sound like you are trying to remove aspects, that lie in both eastern, and western culture, just because they exist in western culture.
If try too hard to force fit everything into a "eastern only" box, you are going to be frustrated.
Remember that this also a fantasy setting, so don't try too hard to get "historically accurate".

I -am- actually looking for 3rd party. So yeah, thats understandable...and I did, Manimal, but I am looking specificly for a pre-made adventure since I am too new to make my own and have it be ballanced. I know there are some pre-made Kaidan adventures, but I am not sure how good they are and whether or not they are newb DM frendly. If you have used any of them, and can attest to whether or not they are, I would be grateful.
EDIT: Ninja'ed...and yeah, but Jade regend is specificly made to make the PCs westerners travling to the asian setting. I want it to be an adventure where the PCs ARE FROM THE ASIAN SETTING AND/OR START OFF IN IT. If there is elves and dwarves and westerners in the campaign, I don't mind, I just don't want a campaign where the westerners are the main characters, like jade regent. Of course, I am also willing to -refluff- non eastern adventures as eastern, so long as it would take minimal crunch work, such as say race-changes for some of the NPCs and the required rebuilds of their statblockt(classes don't matter to me as any PF class can easily be fluffed as an asian mythological equlivlent with no mechanical change required.)

The Ruby Phoenix Tournament has an Asian flair to it.
Read this last night while my GF drove from Sydney to Wagga Wagga,I think this would be a good game for beginner GMs, whilest it might be higher level, you (as GM) never have to control more than 4 NPCs in combat, its got a little bit of mystery in the background and the fightsare all interesting. I would do this one for a first time and ask the players to all go martial or half-martial based classes. You as GM after reading the book should only have to study the classes that the NPCs use before each session.

Ah, good to know! I will have to check it out, and even if there is blatantly western races involved I can change statblocks accordingly or just fluff the elves, dwarves etc.. as westerners who have come to the -asian- setting to participate in the tournament.
Also, how high level is it? My players are all -fairly new- as well, so if it requires a good understanding of the game on their part yeah...there may be issues. Now, one of them has played D&D 3.5e/PF before, and the other has significant experience with a -heavily homebrewed- version of 2e AD&D, so it's not like they have -no- prior experience, but they are still really, really new, so would they be able to do something -high level- like that adventure or is that out of their reach? Should I provide them with pre-made statblocks that they can assign fluff to mitigate the fact they could -mess up- a high level build?
Also, I'd like to know if anybody has looked through the Kaidan modules and can tell me whether or not they are new DM frendly? I'd like to use those if possible, so if anybody has used them and can share there experiences I'd be grateful.

You could also do the PFS Scenario Chain "Quest for Perfection".
It's a 3 part module set in the Asian-themed area of Golarion. It is set for 1st-5th level characters, and all three scenarios are designed to gain 1 level if completed.
The enemies have 1 set of stats based on 1st-2nd level characters, and another set for 4th-5th level characters.
The goal is to retrieve an ancient magical (monk) item, find out some history on it, and find the last descendant of the original master to re-activate it.
It's a good starter run for GMing, and it has a mix of terrain/enemies/encounters that will help a new group of beginning players see the mechanics.
For a new GM, I would also refluff the First Steps Scenario chain to an Asian Flavor, as it will also get both you and the players familiar with the various mechanics. It is designed for PFS play, and that 3-part chain is also designed to gain you a level. (note, the 1st scenario final fight has a killer Halfling barbarian considering you should be at the end of your resources).

Question, how much -GM credit- would I get if I ran that as an -actual- PFS game? I ask because I've been looking for a PFS game for a while, but have been having -issues- locating one within my level range, so if I get my players to sign up for PFS I could run that and possibly get some credit to level up my own PC too...but I am just wondering -how much- credit would I get for it and is it worth making them sign up for PFS to get it or is the amount I'd receive from it -not enough- to level my own character up a level or two as well?

Both GM's and players receive 1xp for each scenario (the GM can apply it to any character they want). The First steps series only gets 1xp since the 2nd and 3rd scenarios aren't legal, but they are good for new players just for the mechanics aspect.
The Quest for Perfection chain gets 3 xp (which for PFS is a single level) and has a bonus of a unique AC/Mount that you only get access to if you play(or GM) all of them with the same character.
It is also fully legal to run a private PFS legal game at home, and all of you get credit for the scenarios to take to any other sanctioned game.
Since signing up on Paizo for a PFS number is free, you can set them all up in about 15 minutes, and you get credit even if they never play PFS again, so long as you report the games on Paizo. If they do happen to like it and want to do it at any point in the future, they will have the credit to their accounts already there.

From Rite Publishing is the Kaidan setting of Japanese horror (PFRPG) which is an analog Japan setting steeped in Asian horror (kind of cross between Oriental Adventures and Ravenloft).
The introductory mini-campaign arc (three modules levels 5 - 7) is your best place to start, The Curse of the Golden Spear, which consists of: The Gift, Dim Spirit, and Dark Path. Until the setting guides are released (still in development) this introductory campaign is your best place to start in the Kaidan setting. There is sufficient background on the setting, and many monsters to encounter in the appendices of those modules.
Additionally there are 3 one-shot modules, including a free module called Frozen Wind. The other 2 one-shots are The Tolling of Tears and Up from Darkness, the latter one-shot is highly recommended for a lethal dungeon with a big twist.
Also look at Haiku of Horror: Autumn Moon Bath House, which is a detailed map product of an authentic Japanese bath house (which serves as your typical fantasy tavern in an oriental world.) This product includes a mini adventure (or an extended encounter that can be expanded to a full adventure) that includes a unique ghost, several haunts and a curse. I wrote, designed and created the cartography for this product.
Speaking of haunts, #30 Haunts for Kaidan is a collection of 30 interconnected haunts that are built around nine stories that could serve as full adventures unto themselves.
We have several crunch/fluff supplements for playing samurai based adventures, yakuza based adventures and specific looks at the races of Kaidan including: Kappa, Hengeyokai and Tengu - with more following it.
Of these supplements one of the best, and the best on samurai culture is Way of the Samurai (PFRPG) and I highly recommend.
