My sub copy of Inner Sea Gods from last month was damaged by Rovagug and Erik said he put a replacement copy in my sidecart, however my Order makes no mention of it. Can you please check and make sure that replacement comes with my May sub order?

We do not typically charge shipping on replacements items (but sometimes it depends on the reason for the replacement).
In this case, you are not being charge for shipping for this book (it is set to have free shipping on our side). That just may not display as such on your side. You are only being charged for the shipping for the other items in the order.

I didn't think you did, but it's weird because I checked my account this morning and you guys have a hold on my card for $3.42, which is the amount of shipping you discounted. It's just a hold right now, but I wanted to check anyway.

No worries. That's funny because I don't think anyone ever expected SkyNet to start out as the custom built website of a gaming company.
