how do you handle feast

So pretty soon my very small party of adventurer s is going to be back in Sandpoint after there first fight with Black Fang. The Mayor will be having a feast to celebrate them driving Black Fang away. The book said the feast would take place on main Street,but sens I have set the ttime's n the most stormy month of the year I will move the location into the town hall. I would just like to hear advice an how you as a GM have handled feast or the like thank you.

Does any one have a list of the Nobel s names in Sandpoint for around the year 4707. The beginners box gives last names but no first names
