Magic Items and Qualifying for Feats in PFS

Rules Questions

In PFS, can you use magical items to meet pre-reqs for feats? If my str is 11, and I have a belt of +2 str, can I take Power Attack? If I have a Phylactery of Positive Channeling, can I qualify for xd6 channeling feats sooner?

PFS doesn't have any special "houserules" on this topic, so default to normal PFRPG rules.

This is not a PFS specific question. PFS uses the PFRPG rules set, and the answer to both of your examples is "yes".

Just remember that if you lose the pre-req, you cannot use the feat until you get it back. So you cannot buy the belt to get power attack for your finess fighter, then switch back to your normal dex belt and still power attack.
