Hi,

This order says the payment method was declined. The card has worked in the past and there's more than enough space on the card for the payment to go through.

Can you give me the reason for the decline?

Hi Tom,

You card is fine. Our system is just being silly. There has been an occasional bug where orders for new subscriptions haven't been setting a payment method to the order. So, it was trying to charge it, but there was nothing set for it to charge, which is why you got the declined message.

I was able to poke things into place from our side of the system, and you should be good to go now. You should see a shipping update in the near future. If you would like this book moved to your sidecart to ship with the May subscriptions, instead of shipping now, please let me know as soon as possible.
