I have an idea for an encounter with an otyugh that just ate a bunch of potions. Do you have any ideas of what potions would be funto put in him.
I'm thinking all of the bear's endurance, bull's strength, etc... series (essentially advancing the otyugh as per the template). Also invisibility, blink, and water walking. Perhaps even an elixir of fire breathing.
What else?
Look up the old D&D rules for potion miscibility. That's some fun stuff there.

Elixir of Love.
Allow hilarity to ensue.
Fly potion, and enforce the Fly skill riles on it (+6 from the potion + Dex), should crash on top of things a lot.

You say crash, I say Sunder/Overrun...
Oh this is so evil I love it.
A potion of mighty beltches it was a random second ed potion I came across in an adventure one time. Gave you stunning burps.....
This only gets worse if you consider the diseased spittle that will likely fly out with each burp.
Consider an Infernal Healing potion too, or disguise self so it looks like a different aberration!
