I do not believe so....there is some ancient chambers and passages from far before Sandpoint but as for sewers, I don't believe so. I thought that being so small of a town and so close to water that they went with the open sewers that are part of streets in some areas and using pots/buckets to haul waste in the less built-up areas.

I think, there is no such thing there. No mentions of it in AP, and I presume it's logic, because it's a very young town, and it wasn't planned with immediate need of a sewer system. And even if there were a sewer, how would builders avoid catacombs? They're not so deep underground, and right under a part of the town.

Sandpoint does not have a sewer system. They DO have a network of smugglers' tunnels running under the town though, so that might work instead.
I see that James thinks it is reasonable to dump all the sewage into the catacombs, just like I suggested. And it is not my fault that Sandpoint really needs a magical academy to round it out. Blame James for not putting one there in the first place. I am only building it because it needs to be built. :)
