Issues trying to place an order

Apologies if this is going into the wrong forum - please move to appropriate forum if necessary.

I am having issues placing an order whereby when I click "Proceed to Checkout" it asks me to sign in to continue and then returns me to the front page again when I click "Sign In". I have tried to place the order using two different browsers (Firefox and Internet Explorer), and have cleared the cache/history on both browsers upon experiencing the issue and tried again after that. I have also tried emptying the cart completely and trying the order again from scratch.

Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very sorry you were unable to submit your order. At this point, I cannot quite identify what was causing the problem, but I was able to finish submitting the order from our side of the system. You should soon get an email confirming the order information.
