Order issue

first off a big warm hello from your friends and fans down in Australia,
I write to you in regards to an order that i have placed with your fine company, the order to which i am referring to is Order # 3089344 which was placed on Apr 17, 2014, at the time the order was placed the funds for the order where frozen in my account and under pending to be received by you for the order,

PENDING - PAIZO REDMOND WA , 0417
LAST 4 CARD DIGITS 7151
-$730.19 (Australian Dollars)
as such the funds are still pending according to my bank account and are only waiting for you to accept them, i believe there may have been an issue in regards to the size of the order and the time it had taken for the order to be assembled and ready to ship and that at the time that it was ready to ship you had tried to access my bank account again for the funds but were unable to do so as the original amount is already pending to you for the order.
so please by all means access the funds which have already been transferred and are still pending, otherwise in two days my bank will automatically put a stop to the transfer and return those funds to my account.
please correspond with me so we can get past this trivial issue and the order can get underway to my door

I'm sorry for any inconvenience or confusion with this. It looks like between the time the order was placed, and the warehouse was able to try to ship it, the original authorization had expired on our side of the system, so we could not use it to create the final charge. I have submitted an authorization reversal request so that your bank know they can release the hold on the funds from the first authorization.

Please let us know when you see those funds released, and we should be able to try again and finalize the order for shipping.

Update: the pending funds have since been returned back to my account and i have since resent them to you for the order and they are once again pending waiting your process, please do try to be prompt as after 5-7 days it will expire again and we will have to try again, ;) best of luck your Australian fans

Thanks for the update! We have been able process it successfully now. We should be able to get it shipped out today, at which point you should get an email confirming the shipment.
