Question about "Heroic Legends" from the Imperious Bloodline.

Rules Questions

This ability allows the sorcerer to emulate the effect of a bardic performance. Is the sorcerer then free to cast other spells without ending the effect or does this mean he must maintain the effect by performing like a bard would?

Thanks

The fact that Heroic Legends has a set duration dependent on the level of the spell sacrificed and that it does not anywhere specify that the sorcerer spends time maintaining this effect would seem to preclude that. For the duration of the effect, the sorcerer can inspire greatness or heroics as a bard of equivalent level, but does not actually have bardic performance.
