I'm pretty sure the items that shipped were in the cart with inner sea gods when I ordered it. How come it split them?
I can't edit it, but I was confused I ordered these about a week apart. I was thinking I had combined everything to ship as one. My fault.
Looking into this, it looks like Inner Sea Gods was entered as a pre-order, but not set to the sidecart (not sure if that's how it was when your ordered it, or a glitch in our system. I can't tell at this point).
Would you like Inner Sea Gods set to ship now, or would you like it moved to your sidecart to ship with your May subscription?
Just let me know, and I'll get it taken care of. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

what's the shipping cost to send it now?
Just got an email saying it was shipping now, and was charged $10 for shipping. I would of liked for it to of shipped with my April subscription, since that didn't happen I would of rather it be shipped with Mays to help reduce the shipping cost.
I assume its too late for anything to be done.

Unfortunately, once you receive the shipping confirmation email, that means the order has left our warehouse. I do apologize for the mixup, but it looks like it shipped out before we had a chance to get to your post yesterday.
Looking at the confirmation email, does it look like the book is going to the correct address?

Can you answer a few questions for me? What's the difference in shipping that I would of saved between Order 3057409 and Order 3059863 if Inner Sea Gods would of shipped with Order 3059863 instead of separately?
