This is potentially undefeatable due to Iesha.
How many ways are there to add Magic to a Charisma or Diplomacy check (0?)...how many attack spells are Divine (2?)?
I am playing Seelah and my spells are Aid and Cure...I've never come across Holy Light or Inflict...she needs luck of spell.
The Rogue, Barbarian, Fighter, Ranger are all hooped. As is Monk and Wizard.
The Bard and Druid needs to be lucky with spell find like the Paladin.
Only Cleric and Sorcerer can handle Iesha out of the box.
Am I missing something here?

You are correct. Since the check to defeat Iesha is not combat, and only Kyra can add magic trait to non-combat checks (via her undead power), only Kyra can defeat her.
But you don't have to defeat Iesha to win. She is there to be an obstacle to you. And even though you might not be able to defeat her, you can still roll high enough to not take damage.
Then you renew your search for the Skinsaw Man.

She is a villain in the scenario and all villains need to be defeated to win the scenario as per page 18 of the rulebook.

Also if there is only limited ways to defeat her there are limited ways to get to use her power to search a location for the skinsaw man.
Mostly I am surprised that this scenario has something so limiting, yet so important, in it..most characters are not going to defeat her, and most will be taking a sizable amount of damage due to how narrow the check is. Just losing that encounter alone is virtually scenario ending considering that you need to have 1 haunt minimum out raising her check to defeat to 14.
Oy Vey.

That is not quite what it says. To win, you have to defeat the villain with nowhere for him to escape and no other villains in the defeated villain's location. When you defeat the Skinsaw Man, Iesha will not be in any location. So three conditions of victory are achievable.
But probably just a importantly, she isn't the scenario's villain. In fact it would be possible to play the scenario and never have to summon her.

Remember, she'll still be dealing you combat damage if you fail the check. So armor, or any other thing to reduce damage/combat damage will still work. If you have the Crown of Charisma you can use it to succeed at the check, but she'll still be undefeated due to lacking the Magic trait. Here is how it breaks down:
Amiri: Armor in hand, or small hand size.
Ezren: Arcane Armor, Mirror Image, Invisibility or get people to help out at a lot.
Harsk: Armor, smallish hand size
Krya: This should be no problem for Kyra.
Lem: Attempt the Diplomacy check and boost it if you can.
Lini: Attempt the Wisdom check.
Merisiel: Evade
Sajan: Attempt the Charisma check, small hand size.
Seelah: Attempt either check. Armor.
Seoni: Attempt Diplomacy check.
Valeros: Attempt Dipolmacy check, armor, small hand size.
The one with the big problem is Ezren, followed by Sajan then Amiri. But those two have smaller hand sizes that should limit the amount of damage you take.
I agree she is tough. But I think that getting whooped now and then makes the game fun.

Ah. The bold is where I messed up. After summoning her with my first haunt, and then defeating/not defeating her I had put her in a location
like a normal villain...so when I met Skinsaw an beat him she was in that deck.Ok, I got it.
I don't mind that there are few ways to defeat her as long as it is possible to still play the scenario to completion with any character.
