Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like there was a glitch in the system that was not able to finish processing the order for Mummy's Mask #1 last month.
I have moved it to order #3061542. I'm sorry for any inconvenience with last month's order. This month's looks like it should process and ship correctly.

The order contains some of this months subscription products which we just started shipping on Monday. Everything on the order looks to be in place and good to go, its likely that our warehouse team hasn't had a chance to get to it quiet yet. :)
We estimate that we should have all of this months subscription shipments processed and in transit by the end of next week, and if you're ever curious about estimated shipping times for subscription products we should have them noted on the Monthly Subscription Shipment thread at the top of the Customer Service Messageboards.
You should receive a confirmation email from us as soon as yours goes into the outgoing mail!

Order 3088302 stuck in pending status. Please help.
When viewing items on our website you should see a section labelled "Product Availability". This should have an estimated fulfillment time associated with each product, which is how long we expect it to ship from our warehouse. The map in order #3088312 has an estimated fulfillment time of 2 to 6 business days, with today marking the second day since it was placed, so we should have it shipping out as soon as possible.
If you have any other questions please let me know and I'll be glad to address them, as Misfit noted however its best to create a new topic, theres a small chance we can miss posts made on previously resolved threads. :)
