is there a staff that casts Telekinesis? Flesh to Stone? Baleful Polymorph?

Basically I'm thinking that if I have perfect spell of any of these three spells AND have it in a staff, I can get my uber-DC' buffs AND spontaneously cast as well.

The Staff of Transmutation (found in Ultimate Equipment) does Baleful Polymorph for two charges. At a glance, that appears to be the only official item that does this...but Staffs are one of the most logical items to make custom versions of.
