Chronicle Sheet for pregen

I have a PbP game starting up and one player is going to play a pregen iconic character since the table will be in upper tier of the scenario. How do I fill out the chronicle for the character? Do I fill it in normal and just leave the character number out?

You ask them whether they're going to apply the chronicle when the character hits the level of the pregen or apply it to a first level character. Waiting gives the gold on the sheet, applying it now drops the gold to 500gp. Either way you write in the character name and number up top.

And you should wait until you finish the adventure. The player using the pregen doesn't have to decide which PC to assign the Chronicle to until you finish and report the game.

Players using regular PFS PCs have to decide at the start of the game, of course, and are locked-in for the duration.

So you're explicitly allowed to set up a character known as "Doornail" to take the credit.

Alright, so I'll have to check with them at the end of the game if they want to apply the chronicle to a character when they reach that level (I assume that would be 4, since they are doing tier 4-5), or a first level character.

If they take the option to apply it to a first level character they get 500 gold but all the other rewards for the higher tier, correct?

If they're playing level 4 pregens, this is correct.

Oh one more question with this. Does the same principle apply for my GM credit?

GM credit works slightly different, because you are not actually playing the adventure - just taking credit for it.

You can read about assigning GM Chronicles to a PC in the PFS Guide v5.0 on page 37 under Game Master Rewards.
