The problem is with that I cant find anywhere, where it states that 2 claw attacks = 2 natural weapons. It always says 2 attacks. (instead of 2 separate weapons)
It would be the same for a sword with a +1 enchantment and being able to have 2 attacks with it - so it would need two +1 enchantments. (which you don't of course)
Another example is having 2 primary claw attacks (Beast Totem, Lesser)and using a sword - do you need it cast twice in this case or is it assumed that both claw attacks came from the same hand? because the other one is holding a sword.

If you're making two attacks with the same claw, like being under the effect of Haste or something, then Magic Fang will help make both of those attacks magical, because you're using the same claw for each attack.
But you're most likely making attacks with your two claws (left and right).
That's what "2 claws" means in monster statblocks.
The spell you're looking for is Greater Magic Fang. It specifically makes all of your natural attacks magical.

If two claws counted as one weapon then you would only get one attack with them.
