My account says that this left your warehouse in 3/19/14.

But, I haven't received it yet. This could be a problem.

Greetings Lord Fyre,

I just reviewed your order and it did indeed leave our warehouse on the 19th. The package had an estimated arrival time of up to 5 business days, and we're currently on the 9th day since its departure, putting it well past our estimated arrival time. On rare occasion packages can go past their estimated arrival times, and I'd like to give this one a bit more time to make its way to you.

If you haven't seen the package by mid next week however make sure to follow up with me here so I can assist you further.

Just to avoid this problem in the future, what shipping options include a tracking number? :)

Only UPS and Standard Postal shipments are trackable.
Only UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipments have guaranteed transit times.

As directed above by Mr. Keith, I have waited an additional week.

Still no shipment.

What can be done at this point?

Thanks for giving your package a bit of extra time to arrive Lord Fyre, we'll be starting our subscription shipments for this month next week, and I've set replacements to the products in your missing shipment to your sidecart to be bundled with this months outgoing items at no additional cost.

We have everything in stock and ready to be shipped with the exception of the I [Godzilla] Tokyo T-shirt (Oh god the new movie looks so good!) which is a special order item. We will need to wait for the replacement to arrive from its producer, or for the original shipment to be returned to our facility before I'm able to get it back on its way to you. But rest assured, we'll make sure it gets to you. : )

Let me know if I can assist you with anything else in the mean time, if the original shipment does arrive make sure to let me know so I can cancel the replacements as well. Thanks again for letting me know about this!

Good News: The package arrived. Delivered by UPS yesterday evening.

Bad News: Item PZO9443 (Champions of Balance) was not in the box. It was on the manifest - which is how I knew it was missing - but everything else was present. :(

I am very sorry to hear that Champions of Balance was not included this shipment! I have set up a replacement copy in your sidecart to ship with your May subscriptions. Hopefully this one will work out better!
