Some questions about rules, feats and magic items

Rules Questions

To begin with i would like to ask, if a monk can wear some gauntlets, to make them magical and to enhance the gauntlets with fire damage, or any other magic property?

The feat elemental fist, is it available for monks without the need of the prerequisites? i think it is not. But if this feat is like i think, how does the feat efrety style work on moks? As this feat ask fora monk to be 5th lvl to be able to take, but a monk can´t have elemental fist until it has level 11, hust for the base attack bonus it requires.

And does armor training of the level 3 fighter reduce the armor from medium to light armor?, or does it only take out the penalty of movement, and allos the user to had a +1 dex and reduces the armor penalties on 1??

Sorry my bad English I hope you can understand me.

1. Yes, a monk can wear a gauntlet and enhance it like any other weapon. However, the gauntlet would not use the monk's unarmed strike damage but the usual base damage for gauntlets (1d3 for Medium, 1d2 for Small). Also, a monk is not proficient with gauntlet, so the monk would attack at a -4 penalty.

2. A normal monk must meet the prerequisites for Elemental Fist.

3. If you manage to get Elemental Fist early (such as being a monk of the four winds), then the new requirements are relevant.

4. No. It only reduces the penalties associated with the armor. If you want it to be treated as lighter armor, make it out of mithral.

Thank you very much for the precise and fast answer.

Yes it is. You need to take Dragon Style (3rd Level), then Dragon Ferocity (5th level), then you can take Elemental Fist at 7th level without meeting the prerequisites. See the "Special" note for Dragon Ferocity as your Elemental Fist is limited somewhat until you meet the full prerequisites.

There are ways to make this even faster.

You can, of course, go with the Monk of the Four Winds Archetype, which gives you Elemental Fist at level 1.

You could go standard Monk, take Dragon Style at level 3, dip into Unarmed Fighter at level 4 to get Dragon Ferocity, then take Elemental Fist as your level 5 feat.

You can go Master of Many Styles, take Dragon Style at level 1 using your monk bonus feat, take Dragon Ferocity at level 2 using your monk bonus feat, then take Elemental Fist using your regular feat at level 3.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are other possibilities, but these pop out at me.
