Fight On (Su) - Marshal Path Ability (Mythic Adventures)

Rules Questions

Mythic Adventures, p.43:

"Fight on" (6th-tier Marshal Path Ability)

"(...) As an immediate action, you can expend one use of mythic power to allow a creature other than yourself that is reduced to fewer than 0 hit points to remain conscious and alive. The creature can't die from hit point damage until after the start of your next turn. You can extend this effect for 1 round at the start of your next turn by expending another use of mythic power as a free action. Though the creature can't be killed by hit point damage, any damage it takes still applies to its current hit points(...)"

My question:
Is the creature, subject to "Fight On", staggered, if it has fewer than 0 hit points? (compare to "Aura of Perserverance", a 3rd-tier ability, p. 41)

No, that's what makes mythic characters what they are. This is probably one of the most powerful Marshal abilities since you're getting it at 6th tier.

It would specify otherwise if you gained the staggered condition.
I.E the guardian ability;
To the Death (Ex)

You can shrug off wounds that others would find devastating. When below 0 hit points, you don't fall unconscious, but are instead staggered. You lose 1 hit point at the end of each turn when you take a standard action while staggered in this way.

It doesn't say you're not, so I'd say yes. The other ability specificly mentions you not being staggered, but fight on doesn't.

Thanks for both your answers.

Valantrix: Which other ability do you mean? "Aura of Perserverance" implies that the creature is staggered, unless you spend mythic power.

But I'am not sure any more, if the staggered condition is appropriate in this case: (Quote frpm pfsrd now)

1.) Staggered:
"...)A creature with nonlethal damage exactly equal to its current hit points gains the staggered condition."

2.) Hit Points
"When your hit point total reaches 0, you're disabled. When it reaches –1, you're dying. When it gets to a negative amount equal to your Constitution score, you're dead. See Injury and Death, for more information."
