Right, so I got a PF subscription for Mummy's Mask yesterday and checked my downloads today, and I didn't see the download link for the PDF. So I was somewhat confused and decided to check my subscriptions, where it lists the Adventure Path subscription. Lower on the page, where it gives shipping estimates for each book in the series, it said my payment method for the first book was declined, which I don't quite understand, since my card is valid. I don't think I put the information in wrong, and the only thing I might've botched up is putting in the address when I actually purchased it, since I entered the shipping address of my friend (since the physical copies are going to him. I just want the PDFs.) Is there some way to correct the issue, or am I going to have to purchase the first book by itself? Or did I just get the AP subscription too late to qualify for the first Adventure Path in the series?
(Note that I noticed upon going to the subscription page that the payment method was incorrect, and had my friend's address as opposed to mine, so that might've been an issue as well.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

The address difference is the issue. The address for your payment method (credit card) must exactly match what the credit card issuer has on file. There is a way to change the shipping address to your friend. I believe that on your account page, under "My Address" there is a button that will change the "shipping address" only and leave the "My Payments" address along. However, I am not 100% sure of that as I do not have that concern myself.

edit: Also, you won't receive access to the PDF till the physical copy actually ships.

Well, I just checked and changed the shipping address to match mine, so that part's solved, hopefully. I checked my email a minute ago, and noticed there was an email telling me there was a problem with the order, specifically that "We do not have a payment method registered" for it, even though there is one, since, well, I put it there. In any case, hopefully the address thing was the problem, but I think it'd still require a moderator or someone to check it and reverse it, if necessary? I'm not sure, since this is my first time paying without Paypal.

I think that I confused both of us. Let me try again.
On your Account page, there are two places where a street address is put in.
1) Under "My Payment Methods" is a button that is "Manage Payment Methods". Click that button and update the payment method for your credit card to have the address that the credit card provider has on file for you.
2) Under "My Addresses" is a button that is "Manage Shipping Addresses". My understanding is that address is where you want the product shipped to.
So in your circumstance, #1 must be your address, and #2 would be your buddies address.
This is what I understand the process to be. However, lets wait for Customer Service to answer to be certain.

Papa-DRB gave some good advice, our card processor can be picky about the addresses sometimes, so the info needs to be written as your bank has it. In your case, however, it looks like this was just a minor hiccup in our system.
I gave it a poke and was able to find the info you entered and set it as the default. It should be all set and the system will try it again shortly. If you do get another notice saying that it has failed, go ahead and send me an email at customer.service@paizo.com and I should be able to assist you further from there.
