So I am fiddling with an old homebrew setting again, and since I plan do mess with the standard cosmology of inner/outer/elemental/transitive planes, I'd like to prevent any hickups due to spells or other effects that have hardcoded cosmological implications. I know the obvious ones like astral projection, ethereal jaunt (and the ethereal condition), or shadow conjuration/evocation, but are there others you know of?

Blink pops you ethereal in and out.
The entire Teleportation subschool goes via Astral.
Shadow walk ends you up on plane of shadow. You actually might want to take a look at the whole shadow subschool and what it is that makes it real. Shadow Conj explicitly says it is from the plane of shadow. Shadow subschool does not make it explicit, but... might be worth checking them out anyway
If your mucking around with the elemental planes, just be aware of implications when it comes to things like Elemental Bloodline in the sorce. You might need to re-jig the elemental damage types if you start going to Wood / Metal / Void (or whatever).
Probably missed some, but it's late and I am tired.

No worries, thanks! I knew that teleport effects go through the astral plane, but I forgot about blink. Shadow is... yeah, it's there, but judging from my past experiences I think it doesn't come up too often during gameplay, I'll see.
I don't plan to re-arrange everything about the planes, but past experiences have taught me that even small changes can have unforseen effects throughout the whole system, so I rather err on the side of caution here :)
