Hi, folks.
In the past, I've gotten access to download the PDF of my AP subscriptions a good week or so ahead of the PDF general release.
I've noticed that my credit card has been charged for this shipment on 3/13, but the order is still listed as "Pending" on the site. The PDF still hasn't been added to the "My Downloads" section.
I'm guessing that my order is somehow stuck in a holding pattern of some sort. Indeed, the charge to my credit card on 3/13 has the description "**Pending: PAIZO.COM Redmond WA"
Would someone look into this?

For clarification if this happens again in the future, please note that PDFs that come with subscription items become available on your account when your subscription package ships from the warehouse. If you have other questions about that, feel free to check out this FAQ.
Additionally, what you saw on your card on the 13th was probably the initial authorization from when the order was created in the system. We do not actually charge for orders until they ship from the warehouse. For more information about how our billing works, you can read this FAQ.
