Playground Adventures' Royal Base Class.
A class designed with younger players in mind? I actually really dig that. Added.

I really do too, it's a shame that ease of play ended up cutting into the power ceiling so much though. The class is far from unplayable, but it's definitely the least combat friendly half caster I've seen in a while. It has high skill points, a solid skill list and interesting skill buffs (some of which can be passed to allies) so it does well in social encounters and almost all of the archetypes/alternate destinies provide solid additional out of combat versatility (particularly Gifted since it makes for a strong artificer), but as far as combat goes, it's basically a spontaneous casting warpriest without fervor or divine weapon so leaves something to be desired (house ruling blessed/cursed to standard action to activate, free to maintain and/or lasts rounds per level would alleviate much of this issue). For combat light campaigns though, it's a perfectly fine choice (which I imagine most introductory campaigns for young/inexperienced players would be anyway).

Rogue Genius Games has the Beyond Bloodlines PDF. There are 3 alternate class powers at the end. They are basically just alternate sorcerers, but their class abilities are different enough from the original sorcerer that I would consider them alternate classes. They are the Bedreven, Scourge, and Strega.

Unfortunately we can't include bloodlines even if they significantly change the class.

The classes are in the book. The bloodlines are a separate thing. They are just alternate classes. Here's the Strega as an example:
Like a typical sorcerer, a strega draws power from her heritage, developing an affinity for magic with no need to study as a wizard does. Unlike most sorcerers, the heritage in question is blended with the powers of witchcraft. The strega may actually be descended from a witch that bred with their patron, or her power may be the
result of a coven’s ritual to create a child with strong arcane power. The strega still selects a bloodline (often one associated with outsiders, though this not always the case), but has access to some witch hexes as well.
Cantrips: A strega knows two cantrips at 1st level, which must be detect magic, and read magic. She gains one additional cantrip known at 4th level, and again at 8th level. These cantrips may be drawn from either the sorcerer/wizard spell list, or the witch spell list.
Hexes: At 1st level a strega learns a single hex from the list of hexes available to the witch class. However, the strega cannot use
this hex without sacrificing a spell slot. Any spell slot of 1st-9th level may be sacrificed, and the hex otherwise functions normally.
The strega gains an additional hex (which also requires the sacrifice of a spell slot to use) at 4th, 8th, 12th, and 16th level.

I *really* appreciate the attention Sorcerers Options: Beyond Bloodlines is getting, we officially state that the bedreven, scourge, and strega are archetypes.
They are archetypes that alter more core class features than most, but I don't myself feel they quite reach the level of the antipaladin and ninja (or for that matter the death knight).

I saw the Imprinted Arm was added O.o Didn't recognize that until just now. The other classes I made were The Tactician (getting a better cover image soon), and the three classes in Classes of the Soul

Could you give us some insight into what is in classes of the soul?
Edit: Tactician, Seishin Senshi, Seishin Suringa, and Seishin Mahoutsukai are all also listed in there.

Classes of the Soul is 3 classes based upon using pools similar to an Arcane Pool and when those pools of energy are exhausted, they are able to sacrifice their HP. The Seishin Senshi is a warrior based character, a Seishin Suringa fires blasts of force energy using their pool of energy/HP pool, and the Seishin Mahoutsukai uses their pool of energy/HP to enhance their arcane spells.

The Soulless Heart
The Incarnate
Two new TPK Games classes, but I can't tell whether they are Pathfinder base classes or 5e base classes.

Four Horsemen Presents: Living Items contains "rules for a magic item playable race, which gains in power by taking levels of an intelligent magic item class," which might qualify as a racial paragon class. Unfortunately, I cannot tell from the description how many classes there are or what they are called.
EDIT: The free preview shows a table for the Living Item Class, which has the full 20 levels and is presented as a class. I don't know if that is the only class in that product or if there are other classes for specific types of items.

Superhero Classes: Superhuman, Animalman and Telepath has, you guessed it, the Superhuman, Animalman and Telepath. All 20 level base classes.
It’s a bird, it’s a dragon, it’s a superhero! Faster than a speeding arrow, more powerful than a rampaging troll, capable of leaping tall castles in a single bound! Superhero Classes: Superhuman, Animalman and Telepath introduces three new base classes for the superhero fans among us. They remain true to the source material, flexible enough to build nearly any superhero you can think of, and friendly enough to the fantasy landscape to fit into any campaign.

Added Talented Cleric
I'll add Living Items as a racial class.
Added Librarian
Added Hospitallar
Added Pale Rider
Added Superhuman, Animalman and Telepath. Noted them as "superhero classes".
I assume Hospitallar is Good Cleric + Cavalier and Pale Rider uses an evil cleric?
