Tactical Acumen question

I was checking out the inquisitor recently and started contemplating synergies between spells and class abilities. Then I came across the Spell Tactical Acumen and began to wonder if the positional requirements for the spells benefits would apply to the positional requirements of teamwork feats?

The wording is pretty clear.
