Are totems legal in PFS in place of a god and if yes, do any of the totems have either the earthbreaker or klar as a favored weapon?

I'm no where near my books to check, but if you're looking to see what is PFS legal, you can always check the Additional Resources section to verify your options.

Totems are not legal in PFS. Also, they don't have a favored weapon in their description.

On the other hand, the Shoanti Totem Shaman role from Varisia: Birthplace of Legends, which uses the totem info from the inside front cover of Varisia: Birthplace of Legends, is legal, so I guess totem domains must be a legal choice.
I agree, though, that they don't have a favored weapon.

If you want quick access to Earthbreaker and Klar proficiencies, take the Shoanti Tattoo trait (also from Varisia: Birthplace of Legends), which gives you proficiency in both.
