I know it's probably too late in the day, but I figured I'd see if someone could push my order through on my main credit card for the GM's Sale. My account seems to have issues with PDF orders and times out in a loop of logging in, going to the checkout, and then back to the login screen again.
I have two print items, which I'd want to go with my next subscription order. If those are causing issues, then they can be put in my saved items.
If I have sent this in too late in the day and the sale ends, then let me know and I'll hold off the order for now.

My apologies for failing to mention this previously!
Since you were trying to submit this order before the sale ended I would be glad to honor the sales prices that were available, that goes for you as well Macabre Dragon. I see no logic in penalizing you for our website being finicky! Just let me know if you would like me to submit your shopping cart, and I should be able to do so while honoring the sales prices.

Tried a couple more times before finally went thru. It is showing the non-sale price so I just want to make sure that it will charge the sale prices.

I was able to submit your order successfully at the sales prices. The pdfs should now be available in your My Downloads section, and the physical copies of the print/pdf bundles have been moved to your sidecart to be shipped with your future subscription shipments. We're still generating this months subscription orders, so chances are you'll see a number of them shipping out with this months shipment.

I appreciate your bringing this to our attention! With your permission I would like to try submitting your order from my side to see if I can bypass the error. It's possible that the number of PDFs in the order is causing our system to have trouble processing it.

OK, I see that the order 3029617 went through. I have 3 items that have a status of "suspended" - a print item, a PDF bundle, and a print/PDF bundle. I believe the bundle items all show individually in my downloads, as does the PDF for the print/PDF item.
Is the "suspended" OK for me to ignore? I haven't tried downloading any of the files (will try at home), but I assume the downloads will work as normal.

The downloads are all available. :) I'm actually wrangling your order and a few others at the moment, I put them into a suspended state yesterday evening to make sure they didn't enter our shipping queue before I was able to verify that everything looked correct with them. I should have them shipping as soon as I can.

Just got a shipping notice for those two items. Can they send out with my subscription order that's in progress (waiting for some back-ordered stuff)?
After the delay your order saw due to our system I tried to get your order processed as quickly as possible, and your package left our facility earlier today. I had also flagged the order to receive free shipping as thanks for your patience.
