Promo card question

I recently added a subscription for the adventure card game and wanted to know if there was way to get the promo card for sets before adventure deck 4? Also I wanted to confirm that my subscription will included adventure deck 4 once more are printed.

We can't go backwards with the subscription benefits, including promo cards.
You can view the list of promo cards and where they were/are available here: What are all the promo cards, and how and when will they be released?.

We did recently find a few more being held aside for subscriptions so some new subscribers should see theirs ship before the restock comes in.

I just received my AP6 yesterday and noticed the box was somewhat torn. Luckily no cards inside were damaged except the promo card which part of the backside was torn. Is it possible to get a replacement promo card?

I'm sorry to hear that the promo card was damaged. Please email us a picture of the damage (for us to pass along to quality control) at customer.service@paizo.com, and we would be glad to look into this further.
