Im sure ive seen a feat that lets you throw a returning weapon, move and catch it...

You just need the Called weapon property.
Good, but im looking for a feat. That would get expensive for 4 or 5 shuriken with flurry of blows
Shuriken break if they hit their target, so returning would be a bit pointless.
hmm yeah ammunition. oh well.
Abundant Ammuntion spell works for Shuriken.
Best thing to do would be to get a wand of abundant ammunition, so you don't go through ammunition. It's minutes/level, so even if you only get a 1st level wand, a single use should last you the combat.
