applying chapter six: Spires of Xin Shalast to 1st lvl char

I'm applying this chronicle to my 1st lvl character from having finished Rise of the Runelord with my friends last year.

I've reduced the gold to 1,399 as stated, but do I otherwise keep the chronicle intact?

Yes.

Same item access, XPs, Prestige, Day Job roll, conditions, Boons. Only the gold is reduced.

Yes.

He's probably asking because one of the boons gives a free 24,000 GP item (you gain it, not just access).

But Don is still correct that there aren't any provisos against it.
