Does the White-Haired Witch archetype and Prehensile Hair hex modify the same weapon?

Pretty much as in the title.

Lets say I were to take a level in white-haired witch, then take levels in hexcrafter magus and get the prehensile hair hex, will they be the same weapon?

You should be able to do both but it probably is not worth it. The wording on white haired with makes it a poor archetype without house rules. Additionally delaying g your bab as a 3/4 bab char is not good
