I was trying to download a recently purchased PDF and I keep getting a "personalizing" message then I am being sent back to my downloads page. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Sometimes, after the personalization step, you go back to the link and click it again to download it. That is, it may look like you're on the same downloads page, but if you look at the line you just clicked, you'll have a new option to click to download next to the name of the PDF.
Yeah I have tried that it still says " personalizing click again in 10 seconds to download "
And when I wait and click it goes right back to the same screen with the same message .
You'll probably have to wait for an official Paizo response then. Sorry. Hope they fix it for you. :\

Hi Sten, it looks like we missed this thread. Downloads have been prodded since your post and they should be working properly now.
