The best i can think of right now is a Half-Elf Mysterious Stranger Gunslinger 1 / Dual-Cursed or Ancient Lorekeeper Oracle 11, using the elf favored class bonus to a proper revelation. Use mending for fixing your gun after misfires.
I am not certain as to which revelation is the best, but the ancestor revelation can work well, putting your favored class bonus on the revelation that gives armor and using the ancestral weapon as a backup when you misfire. The battle revelation is another solid choice, but it is generaly better for melee oracles.
Since you are blind, you will want to focus on close-range fighting, so going for deft shootist deed - snap shot - combat reflexes - improved snap shot is probably a good choice. Of course it is a feat intensive build and you will definately want firstly standard ranged combat feats like PBS-Rapid Shot-Deadly Aim, so it might not be viable.
As a Half-Elf you can also use the Pragorn surge trick, but it needs some more investing.
